Water

Tap water is filtered with Hi-tech-filters and offered to our guests in glass bottles for drinking purposes. This way we reduce huge amounts of waste of PET-bottles, minimize transporation costs and CO2 emissions.
We drilled our own water which now feeds our natural pool with warm water of about 37°C. The overflow of the pool is directed in a canalsystem to our three farms, where we grow organic vegetable and fruit.
